What products can ASRS handle?

The appropriate system architecture can be selected for pallets, totes, cartons and various unit loads. Load capacity and product dimensions are key design inputs.

Can ASRS be installed in an existing factory?

Yes. Integration can be engineered after assessing existing building dimensions, columns, floor conditions, inbound/outbound points and the current automation infrastructure.

Can forklifts be eliminated completely?

It depends on the application. Specific internal warehouse handling operations can be automated, while forklifts may still be required for loading, shipping or specialized operations.

How is ASRS capacity determined?

SKU count, product dimensions and weights, inventory quantity, daily inbound/outbound volume, peak capacity and target cycle times are evaluated together.
