About Packaging Machines

Should I choose a standard packaging machine or a custom machine?

If the product, packaging and capacity requirements can be met by a standard machine, a standard solution may be appropriate. Custom machine engineering is often the better choice when a special process, format or line integration is required.

Can I package different products on the same machine?

Depending on the application, recipe management, adjustable mechanisms and change-part tooling can enable multiple products on the same machine.

Can the packaging machine be integrated into my existing line?

Yes. Infeed/outfeed conveyors, PLC communication, sensors and product flow can be engineered together for integration with an existing line.

What information should I send for a quotation?

Product photos or drawings, product dimensions and weight, target pack type, packaging material, target capacity and, if available, the existing line layout are a good starting point for an initial evaluation.
